Who is responsible

What we store

• Your account: name, email address, a hashed password and login sessions (including the IP address and browser type used to sign in, kept until the session expires).
• Your website: its address, the versions reported by the plugin, and your Contact Form 7 forms' titles, field names and field types.
• Your test details, which are synthetic values you can review.
• Check results: which steps passed or failed, timestamps and short technical codes. We do not store full pages or screenshots.
• Test copy receipts: that a copy arrived and when, not its content.
• Alert emails we sent you and their delivery status.

What we do not store

• Messages that real visitors send through your forms. The plugin never forwards them.
• The contents of your inbox. We never connect to it.
• Tracking of visitors to this website beyond what is technically necessary.

How long we keep it

• Detailed check results: 30 days.
• Resolved incidents: 90 days.
• Test copy receipts: 7 days.
• Aggregated usage counts (no content): up to 2 years, for running the service.
• Backups: up to 30 days, after which deleted data is gone from backups too.

Your choices

You can export all your data and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate in the live system; backups expire as described above.

Service providers
