Frequently asked questions
Will the test messages bother anyone?
Each test sends one email through your form, about once a day. It is clearly labelled as an automated test enabled by the site owner, includes a check ID and never asks anyone to call back. You can pause at any time.
Do you read my email?
No. We never connect to your inbox. We only see a hidden copy of the test email that the plugin adds for test messages, sent to a one-time address of ours.
Does the plugin change my site for visitors?
No. It adds nothing to your public pages and does not change how your forms behave for visitors. It only acts on requests that carry a valid, short-lived test marker from us.
What data does the plugin send to you?
Versions of WordPress, PHP, Contact Form 7 and the plugin, the list of your Contact Form 7 forms with their field names and types, the pages they appear on, and the outcome of each test submission. It never sends messages from real visitors.
What if my form has a CAPTCHA?
We do not bypass bot protection. The check is shown as blocked, and the result lists what could not be verified.
What does 'Result uncertain' mean?
Something stopped us from knowing the outcome, for example a timeout after the form may have been sent. We do not resend automatically, so you never get duplicate test messages.
Can a check catch every problem?
No. Monitoring makes it much more likely that you notice a broken form, but it cannot guarantee that every fault is found or that no enquiry is ever lost.
How do I stop?
Pause monitoring, disconnect the site, or delete your account from the dashboard. Deleting the plugin in WordPress also stops all tests.
Is it really free?
Yes, during our launch period. Paid plans may come later; you will be told in advance and are never charged unless you choose a paid plan yourself.
